Former DBED Exec Bill Badger Jr. Joins TVM Real Estate in Annapolis

TVM Real Estate Solutions, LLC, which specializes in generating and executing turn-around solutions for troubled real-estate assets, has hired former state and local economic development official William (Bill) A. Badger Jr. as vice president of business development. Mr. Badger is responsible for organizational management and the expansion of TVM's client base.
Badger's economic development experience began with 17 years at the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development (DBED, followed by 11 years at the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation, where he served as president and CEO for more than 7 years. During his tenure with Anne Arundel County, Badger was instrumental in the creation of significant development projects in the county including Arundel Mills Mall in Hanover, Md. and Under Armour's distribution center in Pasadena, Md.
Mr. Badger later joined M&T Bank as the group manager for the Mid-Atlantic Government Banking Division, where he managed and grew the government customer base for a territory that included 4 states and Washington D.C.
A Towson University graduate, Badger has also earned the designation of a Certified Economic Developer from the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute.
Badger joins the TVM team at a time of significant growth for the Annapolis-based firm. Although founded just last year by real estate experts Jerry and Jeremy Parks, TVM has already developed detailed plans to preserve millions of dollars of asset value in projects in Maryland and throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
