Poptronics Electronics & House of Foam, a Federal Hill retailer for 50-plus years, has leased 10,000 square feet of retail space at 1004 Russell St, a former Staples location. Poptronics will be moving into the space prior to the New Year, and has signed for an initial lease term of 5 years.
The listing broker on the space was Christopher Walsh with Hill Management Services, Inc. The tenant broker for the transaction was Jeremy Landsman with JBL Real Estate, LLC.
Poptronics/House of Foam is a retailer/wholesaler of car audio and electronics as well as the areas largest supplier of foam rubber.
