ROCKVILLE, MD. -- Achates Systems, Inc. announces that Clark Construction's in-house corporate legal department has added both the Legal Entity Governance and License Management modules to their existing IntelliTrackLCLTM automated administration, oversight, and collaboration software system.
The IntelliTrackLCLTM Legal Entity Governance and License Management modules will enable Clark in-house legal to access, track, administer, preserve and share their legal entity and license information, documentation and registrations in a centralized, secure, on-line database.
With just a click of a mouse Clark Construction will be able to view all the following information: name, current status, type, jurisdiction, critical dates, parent and subsidiary information, registrations, signature authority, dates formed, sold, merged or dissolved, current and past management, ownership, stockholder and partnership data, locations and contact information.
IntelliTrackLCLTM helps Clark manage risk by reducing their exposure due to missing information, critical dates and deadlines. IntelliTrackLCLTM automatically sends E-mail alerts whenever a change in status, signature authority, ownership information, and management takes place and when documents are added to the records.
The system reliably sends automated e-mail reminders in advance of critical dates, due dates for tasks, activities and deliverables, registrations, renewals and filing deadlines, so ‘nothing falls thru the cracks'.
IntelliTrackLCLTM continues to provide Clark with an easy to use, cost effective on-line platform to oversee, administer, share knowledge and collaborate on their legal matters, contracts, leases and union agreements in real time, inside and outside their organization, wherever there is a connection to the Internet.
