Women's Surgery Center, a gynecologic specialty practice has signed a lease for 4,032 Sq Ft on the 2nd floor in the New 40,000 sf Conte II Bldg at 129 Lubrano Drive. The tenant signed a lease for 8 years with two 5 year options .The building is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2010. John Rosso of Murphy Commercial represented the landlord in this transaction, Core Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant.
Maryland Primary Care Physicians have signed a 10 year lease in the New Conte II Building at 129 Lubrano Drive in Annapolis. Their suite will be 7,000 Sq Ft on the first floor and will open on October 1, 2010. The landlord of the building was represented by Dennis Murphy and the tenant was represented by Mackenzie Commercial Real Estate Services.
