Frederick, MD -- Morgan-Keller Construction was awarded the contract to build a LA Fitness Signature Club in Rockville, Maryland located in the North Bethesda Market on Rockville Pike. Construction began at the end of June 2010 and is scheduled to be finished by the end of the year.
The three level, 52,363 square foot fitness club features an indoor pool, glass enclosed basketball court, intermediate mezzanine viewing level and shuttle elevator. The club resides in the fifth level down of the parking garage in the 24 story building of the North Bethesda Market.
Morgan-Keller Construction is one of Maryland's largest and most respected commercial builders, with offices in Frederick and Columbia. Now in its 55th year of operation, M-K's resume of recently completed projects includes office buildings, fire stations, retail centers, hotels, healthcare/biomedical and several senior living facilities.
