Turner's Kelly Cantley Named ULI Baltimore Treasurer

August 13, 2010, Baltimore, MD., Turner Construction Company announced Kelly Cantley, Business Development Manager for the firm's Maryland Office, was appointed Treasurer for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Baltimore District Council.
Kelly has been extensively involved with ULI for more than 5 years in various leadership roles, including Young Leaders Group Chair and Advisory Committee Member.
In addition to Kelly's leadership role with ULI, Kelly serves as Vice President of the ACE Mentor Program of Baltimore, Committee Member of Downtown Partnership of Baltimore Homelessness Initiative, a Business Mentor at the Walter Reed Military Advanced Training Center for patients and veterans, and recently joined the Board of Directors for Baltimore Station.
Turner's Desiré Phelps, Marketing Coordinator for Turner's Maryland Office, was named Co-Chair of the ULI Young Leaders Group Baltimore District Council. She will serve with Tommy Eckes of Morris Ritchie and Associates to continue to elevate and educate the industry's leaders of tomorrow through programs, tours, networking, and events.
Having previously served on the ULI Young Leaders Group committee, Desiré has the helped launch several important programs, including "B?More," a series of community-oriented projects in support of charitable and conscientious organizations throughout the city of Baltimore.
