YWGC Takes Occupancy at McHenry Row Offices

Yerman Witman Gaines and Conklin Realty, LLC (YWGC), the residential real estate brokerage division of The Strata Group, has taken occupancy of its ninth brokerage location within The Offices at McHenry, the office component of the 175,000 square foot mixed-used McHenry Row project now under construction in the Locust Point section of Baltimore City.

Positioned near the intersection of Key Highway and East Fort Avenue, YWGC joins Continental Title Group, the commercial and residential title entity of The Strata Group which moved to the project late last year.
McHenry Row offers direct access to Interstate 95 and combines 110,000 square feet of retail space with 64,000 square feet of commercial office space and 250 residential apartments. Construction activities for The Greene Turtle restaurant, located adjacent to the offices of YWGC, are currently underway.
Steve Meszaros, recently hired by YWGC as the firm's new Executive Vice President, Regional Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and management of the McHenry Row office, as well as those situated in Canton and Federal Hill.
