Benjamin L. Polakoff, Esq. has launched Polakoff LLC, a Baltimore law firm that concentrates on all aspects of commercial real estate law.
Prior to forming Polakoff LLC, Mr. Polakoff was a Partner in the Business Law Department of the Baltimore, Maryland law firm of Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler.
Polakoff's new firm will focus on acquisitions and dispositions, land development, secured finance, entity formation and structure, leasing, construction, and property management.
Polakoff regularly represents businesses, institutions, and individuals in all manner of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions, joint ventures, and commercial lease transactions.
