YWGC Opens New Bel Air Office, Seeks 60 Agents

Yerman Witman Gaines and Conklin Realty, LLC (YWGC), the residential real estate brokerage division of The Strata Group, has opened a new full-service location within Greenbrier Shopping Center, located at 223 Brierhill Road in the Bel Air section of Harford County.
In connection with this opening, YWGC has initiated a strategy to attract approximately sixty new agents to the office, to join the existing Realtors that worked from YWGC's former location on S. Main Street. In April, the company opened a new interactive information center within Harford Mall.
The newest Bel Air office represents the eighth full-service residential real estate brokerage office for Yerman Witman Gaines and Conklin servicing the Central Maryland region. Each office is also staffed by professionals that support The Strata's Group suite of residential real estate services including mortgage funding, title and escrow and individual financial products and services.
Last month, Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin opened its inaugural Anne Arundel County office at the Severn Square Shopping Center.
