John M. Haas has joined Trout Daniel & Associates as a Retail Leasing Agent.
Haas brings more than a decade of experience in the residential real estate field to his position as a Retail Leasing Agent. He will work within Trout Daniel's retail and commercial brokerage team to serve the needs of retail, service and restaurant clients throughout the mid-Atlantic and beyond.
Prior to joining Trout Daniel & Associates, Haas served as a Residential Agent at Yerman, Witman, Gaines, and Conklin in Baltimore and Jeffrey Ray & Associates in Palm Beach, Fla. He held dual licenses in Maryland and Florida.
Before beginning his career in real estate, Haas was the President of Haas Tailoring Co., an upscale fine clothing manufacturer based in Baltimore. Haas Tailoring Co. was a four-generation family owned business for over a century. John managed all facets of the company and oversaw a workforce of more than 200 employees.
Haas has also served on a number of business and civic boards throughout the region. Most recently he served on the Advisory Council of the Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum.
