Hong Tu Trading, Inc., a vending/drink supplier, has signed a 2,637 square foot warehouse/storage lease at 3 Nashua Court in Baltimore, MD, part of the Kelso Business Complex.
The landlord, Merritt Properties, was represented in this transaction by the team of Pat Franklin, Whit Levering, Lou Boeri and Ashley Combs. They served as the only brokers on the deal.
Kelso consists of two single-story masonry construction buildings totaling 100,000 square feet. The two buildings offer access to I-695 and I-95 and feature 20' clear ceiling heights and Docks and drive-ins.
