KLNB Brokers NC Shopping Center Trades for $2.8M

Dreamy Hollow Apartments Company has sold two Food Lion-anchored retail shopping centers in North Carolina for $2.8 million.
Gil Neuman of NAI KLNB Retail Investment Sales, in cooperation with Robbie Perkins of NAI Piedmont Triad, represented the seller in this transaction. NAI KLNB also procured the buyer, GA-FCU Management LLC, a New York-based investment group.
The two centers contained in the portfolio are:
Roseboro Centre, a 36,000 square foot shopping center located on NC Highway 24 in Roseboro, NC that is 75% leased;
Mountain View Shopping Center, a 43,550 square foot shopping center located on NC Highway 127 in Hickory, NC that is 100% leased.
"This portfolio sales transaction was an off-market scenario in which our team targeted one potential buyer group that we were confident could consummate the acquisition," explained Gil Neuman of NAI KLNB Retail Investment Sales. "The availability of vacancies within Roseboro Centre offers the strong potential for increasing the value of this asset with successful leasing activity."
