My Thai, one of the restaurants displaced in a December 2010 fire at two historic buildings on the 800 block of North Charles Street, has signed a lease to occupy the former Lemongrass space in Baltimore's Central Avenue corridor.

The lease brings The Tack Factory, which is located at 1300 Bank St in Baltimore, to 100 percent occupancy. Cana Development's Michael Morris brokered the 5,700 square foot transaction and served as the only broker on the deal.

"We re-tenanted about half of that building in eight months," said Morris.

The lease follows recent activity at the building including the new Ale House from Heavy Seas Beer and the co-working site Capital Studios. A salon and a bakery have also joined Mustang Alley's as retail tenants in the building.
