Simple Cell Signs 2,250 SF Office/Warehouse Lease in Eldersburg

Simple Cell, Inc., a cell phone recycling company, has signed a 2,250 square foot warehouse and office lease at 1393 Progress Way in Eldersburg, MD, part of the Eldersburg Business Center.
Matt Melnick of Trout Daniel & Associates, LLC represented the tenant in this transaction, which included 412 square feet of warehouse space and 1,838 square feet of office space. The Landlord, Merritt Properties, was represented internally by the team of Pat Franklin, Whit Levering, Lou Boeri and Ashley Combs.
1393 Progress Way in Eldersburg is one of six single story, brick construction buildings totaling 750,763 SF at the Eldersburg Business Center on Route 32 and Progress Way, which provides access to Route 26, Route 32 and I-695.
