Panera to Open Third Baltimore City Location at 400 W. Baltimore

Panera Bread, the national chain of fast-casual restaurants, will open its third location in Baltimore City on Wednesday at a 4,671 square foot space at 400 West Baltimore St.
Developed by Balti West, LLC and managed by David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD, the building features 17,000 square feet of street level retail space near Eutaw and Paca Streets. Additional retailers within the 400 West Baltimore Street project are PNC Bank and Samuelson's Jewelers. The State Employees Credit Union also recently signed a lease.
Ken Bernstein of David S. Brown Enterprises and Geoffrey Mackler of H&R Retail represented the landlord in the Panera transaction. Roger Carlson of Colliers International represented the tenant in this deal.
More than 50 full and part-time employees are expected to work in the restaurant.
