ULI Baltimore is planning a day trip to New York City to see the development progress of the new World Trade Center (WTC) site.

Presented by Silverstein Properties, the new WTC site is an unprecedented merging of architects, artists, and urban developers, including Santiago Calatrava, David Childs, Norman Foster, Frank Gehry, Fumihiko Maki, and Richard Rogers. The singular goal is a grand new urban center for 21st century New York.

ULI Baltimore will also tour the National September 11 Memorial.
The moderator is Jeremy Moss, Senior Vice President of Leasing - Silverstein Properties. The event will take place on Friday, March 16, 2012. The bus departs at 7 a.m. from the White Marsh Park & Ride.

A light breakfast and drinks will be provided during the morning ride as well as a boxed lunch prior to our arrival

The presentation is at 12:00 Noon. From 1:45pm - 3:00pm guests will tour of the National September Memorial. The bus departs New York between 3:00-3:30pm. the cost is $125.00 per person, and members can bring one paying guest.
