BMG Metals has signed a new industrial lease for 72,240 square feet at 6945 San Tomas Road, a 153,480 square foot building in the Route 100 Industrial Park in Elkridge, MD.
Mike Roden, a First Vice President with CBRE, represented the tenant in this transaction. The building owner, James F. Route 100 Industrial Park is located in the BWI/Howard County industrial submarket.m It fronts Route 100, and is in-between I-95 and the Baltimore Washington Parkway. The park is just 5 miles north of BWI Airport. Building 6945 has 28-foot clear ceiling heights, 50'x45' column spacing, 22 docks, fenced loading, wet sprinklers, gas/ heat, and rail service.
