Global Search Associates, LLC, an executive search firm, has signed a 2,594 square foot lease with Merritt Properties, LLC at 1122 Kenilworth Drive in Towson, MD.
Lizzy Sweeney with Cassidy Turley represented the tenant in this transaction. Merritt was represented internally by the team of Pat Franklin, Whit Levering, Lou Boeri and Ashley Combs.
The Exchange is an 88,257 square-foot, Class A office building at 1122 Kenilworth Drive in Towson, MD. Merritt Properties purchased the asset from the original owner, Riderwood Associates Limited Partnership, in 2010.
