Lafarge North America, Inc., which works in the building materials industry, has signed a 15,210 square foot lease at 1954 Greenspring Dr in Timonium, MD, also known as Timonium Two.
Todd Hughes and Bob Anderson with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in this transaction. Building owners Merritt Properties LLC and Bavar Properties Group were represented by Pat Franklin, Whit Levering, Lou Boeri and Ashley Combs of Merritt Properties,
Timonium Two is a 200,000 SF Class A office space with visibility from I-83 and floor plans offering up to 28,000 SF.
