CVS/pharmacy has purchased a 1.76 acre parcel in Fulton, MD at the intersection of Route 216 and Westside Boulevard, neighboring the existing McDonald's as you enter the Maple Lawn community.
The retail pharmacy is scheduled to open the full-service location in the summer of 2012.
MacKenzie Vice President John Schultz, Senior Vice President/Principals Thomas L. Fidler and John F. Harrington and Vice President O. Bowie Arnot represented both Landlord and Tenant in the transaction.
The 600-acre community developed by Greenebaum and Rose Associates Inc. is three miles from I-95 and equal distance to Washington and Baltimore. The planned community offers corporate, professional, and medical services, as well as a retail mix that includes Harris Teeter, boutique stores, and restaurants featuring local flavor like Looney's Pub.
